After graduating from TED Ankara College, Ms. Öksüz earned her degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University. In 2011, she participated in Columbia University's Executive Marketing program. She holds a sustainability certification from TSPB. Her career in capital markets began in 1995 in the Investment Management Department of Körfezbank. Between 1995 and 1999, she worked as an investment advisor at Körfezbank and Körfez Investment Securities. She then spent six years at Nurol Investment Bank’s Treasury Department, working on the Turkish lira, bond & treasury bill, and foreign exchange desks, eventually serving as Assistant Manager. She was also a member of the bank’s asset/liability committee. In 2005, she joined İş Asset Management’s Sales and Marketing Department and continued her career there for 19 years, holding managerial responsibility in investment advisory, wealth management, marketing and sales, and client relationship management. In February 2025, Ms. Öksüz joined Emaa Blue Asset Management Inc. as Director of Investment Advisory, Sales and Marketing.
