He graduated from Karadeniz Technical University with a double major in Economics and Business Administration. He completed his master’s degree in the Department of International Economics at Marmara University and is currently pursuing his PhD in the Department of Economics at Karadeniz Technical University.

Mr. Kırcı worked for 13 years in the banking sector as a portfolio manager, financial analysis specialist, and bank branch manager. In 2022, he began working as the Head of Finance Group at Golden Gateway group companies and later served as Vice Chairman of the Holding. In October 2024, he was appointed as the General Manager of Emaa Blue Asset Management Inc.
