Our company’s Chairman of the Board, Mr. Halis Ali Çakmak, completed his high school education in Malta and the United Kingdom, and earned his undergraduate degree in American Language and Literature from Istanbul Kadir Has University.

Since 1991, Mr. Çakmak has undertaken ventures in the insurance, industrial, tourism, food & beverage, and service sectors. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Golden Gateway Holding, which focuses its operations in the fields of insurance, education, official visa intermediary services, and software. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Alanya University.

From 2007 to 2024, he served as the Founding Chairman of the Turkey - Malta Business Council under DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye).
